1-It was established in Singapore 15 years ago.

3-The founder and president is Madeleine Cosson-Flanagan, PhD.
4-Her mission is to anticipate the needs to  provide today the best answer to succeed tomorrow. She works in two areas:
- She trains teachers of French (FLE: French as a foreign language) and FLAM (French mother tongue) through video-training.
- She gives advices and provides helps to expatriates in cross-culture.
